Domestic Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary according to your selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping (JNE Regular): 2-5 business days.
• Express Shipping (JNE YES): 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking

You can independently monitor your order's delivery status through the 'Purchase History' menu in your account. Tracking details and receipt numbers will be automatically available once your order has been handed over to the courier and the status is updated to 'Shipped'.
